Noble, CFP® CLU®, a fully licensed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with NPA Financial Services, Inc. has joined First Jersey to provide financial and investment planning services for our members. With more than 21 years of financial planning experience, James’ primary focus is to provide his clients with the expert advice and guidance they need to plan and prepare for a variety of life events including planning for retirement, saving for college and estate
planning.

James is the author of Live to 100! A Financial Survival Guide, which addresses the most important financial decisions you will make each decade, all the way to age 100! James is a member of a variety of financial and estate planning organizations, including the Greater NJ Estate Planning Council. He resides in Northern NJ with his wife and 3 sons.
