How to Access E-statements

At the beginning of the month, you will receive an e-mail to let you know that your E-statement is available. You may access your E-statements when you log in to your account using the Secure Online Banking log in area on the left menu of Virtual Branch.
E-statements are generally available within 48 hours of the first day of the month. Using E-statements allows you to view your statement earlier than if you received a paper statement.

E-statement Archiving

E-statements are available for account statements issued after May 1, 2008. As your statement archive builds, you will be able to access statements up to 6 months.

Saving and Printing E-statements

Your E-statement is presented in the Adobe Acrobat format. You have the opportunity to view, zoom in, zoom out, search, save, or print any your E-statements.
